منذ تاسيس الجمعية عام 1993 دابت على عقد مؤتمرها كل عامين فقد جاء انعقاد المؤتمر السادس عشر لهذ العام تحت رعاية معالي وزير الصحة بمناسبة بمرور 30 عاما على انعقاد مؤتمرها الاول عام 1996, تميز هذا المؤتمر بشعاره الاحدث في استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي تحت شعار “الرعاية العطوفة في زمن الرقمنة”.
حيث ان المؤتمر والذي عقد للفترة من7-9 تشرين اول 2026 جاء طيلة ايامه الثلاثة بتجمع كبير من اطباء الاسرة في وطننا الحبيب من وزارة الصحة والخدمات الطبية الملكية والجامعات الاردنية والقطاع الخاص ومن مشاركة خارجية متميزة من زملاء من الدول الشقيقة والصديقة من فلسطين وسوريا ومصر والسعودية والعراق والكويت وسلطنة عمان والبحرين وتركيا .
وقد القيت في المؤتمر اكثر من خمسين محاضرة علمية مابين ورقة علمية ومحاضرة وورشتا عمل, كلها ساهمت في اثراء البحث العلمي والمعرفة وتبادل الخبرات بين المشاركين حيث جاءت في مجملها لتنصب في مواضيع المؤتمر الرئيسية والتي ركزت على دور طبيب الاسرة في الرعاية الصحية الاولية ,
وقد تمركزت محاور المؤتمر في جلها حول الامراض المزمنة من امراض القلب وداء السكر والغدد والتنفسية وصحة المرأة والطفل والشيخوخة والصحة النفسية والتغذية السليمة وتعزيز الصحة والوقاية واستخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الصحة بشكل علم وفي الرعاية الصحية الاساسية بشكل خاص واخر التطورات في طب الأسرة وطب الطوارئ والاستعدادات عند حدوث الجائحة والبروتوكلات الحديثة في معالجة بعض امراض السرطان.
تشكر جمعية اختصاصيي طب الاسرة الأردنية ممثله برئيسها وأعضاء الهيئة الإدارية والعامة شركة وادي الأردن لتنظيم المؤتمرات جهودها المقدرة في تنظيم مؤتمر الجمعية السادس عشر بصورته المميزة وتنظيمه الجيد ممثله بالأخ حنا نصار وفريقه .
وكذلك الداعمين من شركات أدوية وشركات وطنيه دأبت على الدعم.
Since its establishment in 1993, the Association has consistently held its conference biennially. This year, the 16th conference was held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Health, marking the 30th anniversary of the inaugural conference held in 1996. The event was distinguished by a theme highlighting the latest applications of artificial intelligence: “compassionate Care in a digital world .”
Held from October 7 to 9, 2026, the three-day conference brought together a large gathering of family physicians from across the country—representing the Ministry of Health, the Royal Medical Services, Jordanian universities, and the private sector. It also featured significant international participation from colleagues representing some some family medicine societies in the EMR countries including Palestine, Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, and Turkey.
More than fifty scientific presentations—comprising research papers, lectures, and workshops—were delivered during the conference. These sessions enriched scientific research and knowledge while fostering the exchange of expertise among participants. Collectively, they addressed the conference’s core themes, focusing primarily on the role of the family physician in primary healthcare.
The conference sessions centered on a wide range of topics, including chronic diseases (such as cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, endocrine disorders, and respiratory ailments), women’s and child health, geriatrics, mental health, proper nutrition, health promotion and prevention, and the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare—specifically within primary care. Additionally, the program covered the latest developments in family medicine and emergency medicine, pandemic preparedness, and modern treatment protocols for certain types of cancer.
Appreciation is also extended to the supporting pharmaceutical and national companies that have consistently provided their backing.
